Stuart Friedman is an experienced immigration attorney with significant experience in dealing with cross-border issues between the United States and Canada in terms of criminal admissibility, NAFTA visa, removal proceedings, Port of Entry paroles, L1 company transfers, E1 investor visas and more. Mr. Friedman is also experienced in dealing with Interpol challenges to Red Notices, criminal extradition and a variety of related issues. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Law Society of Ontario (formerly the Law Society of Upper Canada).
Mr. Friedman belongs to the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association, the Canadian Immigration Lawyer’s Association, the Immigration Section of the Canadian Bar Association . He is also admitted to practice before the Board of Immigration Appeal and is fully licensed in all US and Canadian immigration courts.
